Your Appliance Tech repair is Guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of repair, this Guarantee applies to parts only and not to the Labour Content of any repair except within the first three month that should your appliance break down with the same fault and a part we have fitted as detailed on your receipt which fails, we will supply both parts and Labour Free of Charge, after three months labour is payable but parts are replaced if they fail due to any manufacturing defect.
We cannot guarantee things such as blockages, restrictions in any pipework be they internal to the appliance or external, foreign objects jamming a appliance or causing damaged to the appliance or any parts we may have fitted as these items can occur at anytime.
This does not effect your statutory Consumer Rights
